Journey to Recovery J2R is an innovative and modernised drug and alcohol service for North Lancashire. Our partnership of DISC, IHP and Delphi will base the new service on the principles of recovery. We share strong values about community inclusion and placing people at the heart of our services

3 Permanent, Full Time Posts Available

As part of this role you will:

  • €¢Provide individually tailored, intensive, community based case management programs for people who have entered an addiction treatment program.

  • €¢Support service users to access needed resources, support or services to increase their recovery capital to help them achieve recovery and sustain that recovery from addiction.

Your role will take you into a range of settings where you can use your skills at delivering structured interventions to enable people to tackle their drug use, whilst ensuring they work towards achieving their care goals. Your ability to ensure support remains creative and innovative will guarantee our place as a pioneering drugs programme.
